 We provide the full setup of the Knockerballs and related equipment. Along with setup and teardown, we'll provide an event coordinator and referee to oversee all the fun games you'll be playing and to ensure everyone is having a safe and fantastic time. 

Knockerball is a fun and exciting activity where participants wear large, inflatable spheres that cover their upper bodies and heads, allowing them to bump, bounce, and roll safely. It's often used for games like bubble soccer, where players can run into each other without getting hurt.  No, it is up to the individuals renting to obtain a permit from the Parks Department if they are needed. 

• Your personal property, if there is a large enough open grassy area free of trees, rocks, etc.
• Public parks - reservations must be made by the customer
• Schools and churches with the permission of the facilities administration 

Signing a participation waiver is required to ensure that you understand and accept the risks involved in the activity. It also protects the organizers by acknowledging that you are participating voluntarily and releasing them from liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur. 

The participation waiver can typically be signed electronically through our registration process. Alternatively, it can be signed in person at the event. Players must remove glasses and all loose jewelry before entering a Knockerball.

Pre-existing health conditions: Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing injuries or heart conditions, and others susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in or on the inflatable bubble at any time.

General misuse: Players are not allowed to hit other players when they are down. Players are not allowed to sit or stand in or on the bubble balls. Players are not allowed to kick or hit the Knockerballs with anything other than another ball. Knockerballs are not to come in contact with trees, sidewalks, rocks, roads or any other rough surfaces. Players should not allow the bubble balls to rub against any surfaces.

The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse

• Negligence and damage to the unit could result in a $200 per unit repair fee
• If unit is not repairable, a fee of $350 - $400 could result
• A security deposit may be required in some instances 

Payment info:

• We require a non-refundable 50% of event total deposit at time of booking to secure your requested date and time
• The remaining balance is due before setting up on the day of the event
  

Scheduling info:

• Please book as soon as possible to ensure you receive the date, time and location you want
  

The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse:

• Negligence and damage to the unit could result in a $200 per unit repair fee
• If unit is not repairable, a fee of $350 - $400 could result
• A security deposit may be required in some instances 

In the event of inclement weather:

• We will collaborate with you to find a suitable time for rescheduling.
• No refund will be issued for deposits if the event is canceled and not rescheduled.
• No partial refunds will be given for unused playtime or equipment (except in cases of inclement weather).

Rescheduling Fees:

• $50 fee for rescheduling if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
• $75 fee for rescheduling if requested within 24 hours of the scheduled event.
